Other than the 30-year Fixed Jumbo loan, rates finally saw a small increase (the first in a while); the 30-year Fixed Jumbo saw a very minor decrease.

We offer Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo and regular construction financing. Some of our niches include: a Conventional, FHA and VA 1x Close Construction-Perm; SAPPHIRE grant program; HomeStyle renovation program; and a jumbo, 15% down program.
