Happy Friday! I hope you have a great weekend and guys, remember it's Valentine's Day (I've been reminded so want to make sure you avoid getting in trouble too)! Rates saw yet another drop! We had a nice decrease across the board from last Friday's numbers.

Some of our niches include: a Conventional, FHA and VA 1x Close Construction-Perm; HomeStyle renovation program; and a jumbo, 15% down program. We also can do hobby farms, Ag properties and Alt-A (stated income, verified assets for self-employed borrowers)!
