Breaking News - FHA Announces MIP Decrease!

FHA announced today they were decreasing their Mortgage Insurance Premium by .25%. This should result in a nice decrease in the overall payment on an FHA loan. If you currently have an FHA loan or are interested in buying a a new house with an FHA loan, now is a great time to contact me!

The new premium goes into effect January 27. Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can be of any assistance.
